We only ship within the contiguous United States, ensuring that our artisan wax melts and scented sachets reach you quickly. We take pride in our fast turnaround. Orders are processed as they are received and typically ship the same or next business day (other than custom orders). All orders, including our popular wickless candles, will be shipped M-F via USPS. *Please note that wax melts will only ship Monday through Wednesday during the months of June through August. This is to prevent melting during transit due to hot summer temperatures, allowing us to get your melts to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Items such as artisan wax melts, scented sachets, and wickless candles may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
