Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

To ensure the longevity of your melts, we recommend keeping them in the container or bag they came in. We use specific packaging that helps retain the fragrance of your melts. Never put them into a separate container or zip lock bag as certain types of plastic will pull out the fragrance oils and deplete your scent. Keep them away from direct sunlight and in a cool and dry area.

You can use any UL listed electric wax melt warmer or tea light wax warmers. However, they are not all created equal. If your wax melts are not melting fully, you may need to replace your bulb. Sometimes you need a higher wattage bulb (if allowed by the device manufacturer), and sometimes the bulbs can be old and not performing at full capacity.

If using a tea light warmer, make sure it is for wax melts and not essential oils. Typically wax melt warmers will only have one side open whereas essential oil warmers will have two sides open, which will not allow the pot to get warm enough to melt wax.

Once wax has hardened, place warmer dish in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Pull dish out of the freezer and place it on your hand upside down, slap it one or two times and your wax will pop right out (wax shrinks when it’s cold, providing an easy release). Once you have your wax out, you can break it into pieces and put it back into it’s original container to use later, or discard it if no scent is left. This provides an easy, mess free way to change out your scent.

Yes! Use the freezer method to easily swap out scents. Just save it for later and place a new scent into your melter!

Start  Fresh! Empty your wax when the scent has fully evaporated and add new wax. Don't add new wax to a scent that has already evaporated.

Follow your nose! Add more or less, depending on the strength you would like. The best practice is to start with a small amount and add more as needed for a stronger fragrance. If you aren't getting a strong scent, you may simply need to add more wax to your melter. If your fragrance is too strong, simply turn your melter off for a bit. Our melts are made with a soft wax that melts at a lower temperature and releases more fragrance than most other brands. The low melt point allows more fragrance to be released into the air when placed in your melter. Use in a Wax Warmer or even with a Lamp Warmer. When using a Lamp warmer, use a regular Warmer dish and place it under the Lamp with Wax Melts in it. Lamp warmers typically have 3 strength levels, providing more control of your scent release.

Happy Melting!!!

We use a proprietary blend of Soy wax and Paraffin wax. This ensures premium fragrance retention while melting beautifully.
