Return Policy

Returns

Morgan Candle takes pride in the quality of our artisan wax melts, scented sachets, and wickless candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with the return process. Items such as artisan wax melts, scented sachets, and wickless candles may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return

Return Window

You may initiate a return for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

· The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

· The item must be in its original packaging.

· The item must be undamaged, unless it arrived damaged (see Damaged Items below).

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at melt@morgancandle.com with the subject line "Attn: RETURNS." Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Ship: Mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and funds will be returned automatically to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, including artisan wax melts, scented sachets, or wickless candles, please contact us immediately at melt@morgancandle.com with the subject line "Attn: RETURNS." Include photos and descriptions of the damage or issues. Please note that misuse is not considered defective.

Sale & Custom Items

Sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement for a full refund.
